Mijn laatste avond hier, morgen weer naar huis....een dag zonder water, dat loopt toch niet helemaal lekker deze week, met dat water... heb water uit de bron gehaald om te kunnen afwassen. Gelukkig aan het eind van de middag weer water. Voor de zekerheid de waterkoker vol met water gedaan, dan heb ik morgenochtend in ieder geval een kop thee. Vanmiddag heb ik een Franse DVD gekeken " deur jours a tuer" . Met Franse ondertiteling. En ik ben supertrots op mijzelf want ik kon de hele film heel goed volgen en heb hem helemaal uitgekeken.  Was een heel andere film dan dat de titel deed vermoeden, juist daarom zo leuk dat ik het zo goed begreep, want er zat nauwelijks actie in, vooral veel dialogen. Nu zit ik op de bank, heb een maaltijd gekookt van alle restjes (en het smaakte heerlijk) en heb een DVD van Lord of the Rings opstaan. Buiten de spannende film geniet ik van het Nieuw Zeelandse landschap waar de film is opgenomen. 

Morgen weer naar huis. Ben er nog niet over uit of ik het in één of twee dagen ga rijden. We zien het wel.

 

My last evening here, back home tomorrow....a day without water, that's not going well this week, with that water... I got water from the well to be able to do the dishes. Fortunately at the end of the afternoon water again. To be on the safe side I filled the kettle with water, then I will at least have a cup of tea tomorrow morning. This afternoon I watched a French DVD "deur jours a tuer". With French subtitles. And I am super proud of myself because I could follow the entire film very well and watched it all the way through. It was a completely different film than the title suggested, that's exactly why I liked it so much that I understood it so well, because there was hardly any action in it, mainly a lot of dialogues. Now I'm sitting on the couch, I cooked a meal from all the leftovers (and it tasted delicious) and I have a DVD of Lord of the Rings on. Apart from the exciting film I enjoy the New Zealand landscape where the film was shot.

Back home tomorrow. I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to drive it in one or two days. We'll see.
