Ik geloof dat heel Nederland in de auto zit om op vakantie te gaan. Het is superdruk op de weg met campers, auto's met caravans en tot de nok toe gepakte auto's met fietsen en dakkoffers...

 We zijn de ene file nog niet uit of we rijden de volgende file al weer in. Pfffffff Ik had er al zo' n voorgevoel van..... we gingen laat weg...pas tegen elven, want ach, het was maar zes uurtjes rijden naar Metz waar we zouden overnachten. Als we eerst Nederland maar uit zijn!

En dan, voor Maastricht, rijdt het weer wat door en begint de zon te schijnen......houden zo !!

I think everyone in the Netherlands is in their cars going on vacation. The roads are incredibly busy with campers, cars towing caravans, and cars packed to the rafters with bicycles and roof boxes...
We're barely out of one traffic jam and we're already in the next. Ugh! I had a feeling... we left late... not until eleven, because hey, it was only a six-hour drive to Metz where we'd be spending the night. As long as we get out of the Netherlands first!

And then, before Maastricht, the weather improves a bit and the sun starts to shine... keep it up!!
